On behalf of the Royal Thai Consulate General, I would like to congratulate Active Edge Fitness Gym in promoting and keeping the culture of Muay Thai. Active Edge has always been active in participating in every event with the Royal Thai Consulate General to promote and show the Chicagoland area the true and beautiful art form of Thai Kickboxing. Thai Kickboxing or Muay Thai is an ancient form of boxing used by the Thai People for exercise and self-defense. Active Edge like in the past has been chosen by the Royal Thai Consulate General to demonstrate Muay Thai at our annual Thai Food Festival held at Daley Plaza, June 18- June 20, 2007.
I am here tonight to show our support and congratulations to Chai and Active Edge on promoting and teaching the art of Muay Thai.
